To ensure a smooth arrival, please contact the keyholder approximately 40 minutes before arrival.
You may also call when leaving Alicante Airport, as the drive to the apartment takes about 40 minutes.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, in the private garden, or anywhere within the community.
Smoking is only permitted outside the main entrance gate.

Please respect neighbours and the peaceful environment.
Pets
No pets allowed, except for long-term winter stays with prior approval.
Surcharge: €30 per week per animal.
Safety
- Lock all doors, windows and garden gates
- Close community gates after entering or exiting
- Do not allow unknown persons into the community
- The accomodation is not for partying

- Follow the rules displayed at the pool
- No glass allowed
- Children must always be supervised

Damage & Deposit
Refundable damage deposit:
- Up to 29 nights: €300
- Over 28 nights: €500
Returned within 14 days after check-out, minus any damages or excessive electricity usage.

Reservation
A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. A confirmation email will be sent.
Payment
- Deposit: 30% at booking
- Remaining balance + deposit: due 30 days before arrival
- Bookings within 30 days of arrival require full payment immediately
Cancellations (stay ≤ 28 nights)
- Up to 45 days before arrival: €75 administration fee
- 45–28 days before arrival: 30% of rental price
- 28 days until arrival: 75% of rental price
- Day of arrival or later: full rental price due
Cancellations (stay > 28 nights / winter)
- Up to 90 days before arrival: €75 administration fee
- 90–45 days before arrival: 25% of rental price
- From 45 days before arrival: 75% of rental price
