Location and Accessibility
Casa RoJo is a ground-floor apartment with private garden in Punta Prima, Torrevieja, designed for comfortable holiday stays and longer winter rentals on the Costa Blanca.
Casa RoJo is located approximately 900 metres from the sea and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and local amenities.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, directly at the entrance of the residence, with secure private parking at the gate.
This ensures easy arrival, convenient unloading of luggage and a comfortable stay, especially for longer visits.
Casa RoJo is also very suitable for couples and families with children.
The ground-floor layout, private garden and secure communal swimming pool make the apartment comfortable and safe for family stays during spring, summer and mid-season periods.
Stay Conditions
Minimum stay: 11 nights
Longer stays available: Yes, including monthly winter stays
Maximum stay during winter season (October to April): 90 nights
Maximum stay during all other periods: 45 nights
Casa RoJo is intended for holiday stays and longer winter stays.
The apartment is not used as a permanent main residence.
Costs and Inclusions
Final cleaning and linen service: €125
Refundable security deposit:
• €300 (stays up to and including 28 nights)
• €500 (stays longer than 28 nights)
The security deposit is returned within 14 days after check-out.
Pets
Small pets are welcome on request, subject to prior agreement.
We assess each request individually to ensure comfort, cleanliness and tranquillity for all guests and neighbours.

Casa Rojo is een mooi appartement dat zeer compleet is ingericht. Leuk zitje in de serre als het nog wat koud is om buiten te zitten, maar ook nog een klein tuintje. Het complex is netjes verzorgd. Ook een zwembad is aanwezig. En met 10 minuutjes loop je naar het centrum waar veel horeca aanwezig is, alsook diverse winkels. Het strand is iets verder, 15 a 20 minuutjes, maar ook nog goed te doen te voet. Zeker een prettig verblijf gehad. En Kristel is zeer betrokken, ze heeft regelmatig geïnformeerd of alles naar wens was. Punta Prima is centraal gelegen t.o.v. diverse leuke stadjes en bezienswaardigheden. 40 minuten van het vliegveld.
