Reservation

A booking is final once the deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation email after your reservation request.

Payment

• Deposit (prepayment): 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking
• Remaining balance + deposit: due 30 days before arrival

If booked within 30 days of arrival: full payment is required immediately

Cancellations (stay ≤ 28 nights)

• Up to 45 days before arrival: €75 administration fee

• 45–28 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price

• 28 days until arrival: 75% of the rental price

• On the day of arrival or later: full rental amount due

Cancellations (stay > 28 nights / winter)

• Day of arrival or later: full rental amount due

• Up to 90 days before arrival: €75 administration fee

• 90–45 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price

• 45 days until arrival: 75% of the rental price

Electricity up to 85 kWh per week is included.
Extra consumption is charged at €0.40/kWh and deducted from the deposit.
Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.

The apartment is supplied with 220–240 V electricity (standard European voltage) and Schuko sockets (type F). Please use a suitable travel adapter for your devices and switch off air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.

Tap water is technically safe but not recommended for drinking. Bottled water is widely available (supermarket).

• Stays of up to 29 nights: €300.
• Stays of 29 nights or more: €500 (standard €300 + €200 extra security deposit service).

Guests booking 29 nights or more are requested to select the “Extra security deposit for stays of 28 nights or more” service (€200) when making the reservation. If this is not selected, a separate payment request for the additional €200 will be sent to complete the required security deposit.

The full security deposit (including the additional €200 for longer stays) is refundable within 14 days after check-out, after checking for damage, electricity consumption and inventory, provided the house rules have been respected.

• Check-in is possible from 4 pm.

• *Check-in between 20:30–08:30 or on weekends: surcharge €36.30.

• Check-out before 1 pm.

Our keyholder checks the house for damage and cleanliness.

*If you plan to check in between 20:30–08:30 or on a Saturday or Sunday, please select the “Late / weekend check-in” service when booking. If this service is not selected in advance, the €36.30 surcharge will be deducted from your security deposit.

*Mandatory final cleaning: €125.

Including final cleaning + cleaning of linen (sheets, towels and kitchen linen).

Please leave the apartment tidy (take away the garbage, empty the fridge, do the dishes).
